How Does it Work?
As Personal Home Consultants, we'll first serve to advise Homeowners on the state of their current home and what practical improvements they can make to increase their home's performance and longevity on a one-time or seasonal basis, through planning and anticipating their unique property's needs.
We're also here to help Homeowners plan and budget for any future repairs or replacement of items so they can operate from a position of proactive power, instead of reacting to problems as they occur! If work is needed or desired, we will show Homeowners how to vet their service vendors for the best possible service and experience. Or we at Zupkeep can even come out ourselves to do quick fixes or take care of simple repairs or maintenance tasks!
Zupkeep is even available to be present in person or on a FaceTime call while more significant repairs are being done to ensure service providers are providing the most appropriate and professional service. We'll ward off the salesmen in disguise or those providing poor quality workmanship - in the end, we want to be your go to for advice when a service person is giving you a quote on something that needs to be repaired or replaced, as it is our goal to keep service professionals honest so they will provide quality and affordable prices for the work that is actually needed! We have found that service contractors' straightforwardness and quality of work stays high when they know that a third party is going to be reviewing or consulted on their work. All of this in the long run will save a property owner a lot of money, time and emotional capital while at the same time taking proper care of their home!
